Comedian Stephen Colbert has made his way to Vancouver. The U.S. talk show host arrived Wednesday to cheers and throngs of Canadians waiting to see him.
The U.S. speed skating team has recruited Colbert as their “assistant team psychologist,” but the real reason he’s at the games is to film his show, “The Colbert Report.”
Known for dishing out some harsh words about Canada in the past, such as referring to us as “ice holes,” Colbert told media, “I take back everything I ever said about Canada.”
The late night TV show airs weeknights on CTV.
