The Living Prairie Museum is offering a unique experience for kids to learn how to snowshoe.
Beginning today, and every Thursday thereafter in February and March, the snowshoe club will include basic snowshoe instruction, nature exploration, and fun games.
The program is free of charge and will operate on a drop-in basis with snowshoes provided.
The after-school program is recommended for children ages 6-12, but parents are also welcome to participate.
