This flew under the radar for us last week, and we forgot to mention CTV Winnipeg’s Sylvia Kuzyk will be honoured with the 2010 RTNDA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Along with fellow broadcaster Bob Layton, Sylvia will receive her award June 17 in Edmonton at the RTNDA National Conference.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to individuals who provide outstanding service and continued excellence during the course of their broadcasting career. Having joined the industry in 1974, Manitoba’s most recognized weathercaster has over 35 years experience.
RTNDA Canada represents electronic journalists and news managers across the country.
