Winnipeg International Jewish Film Festival 2010

The 12-day Winnipeg Jewish Film Festival is set to kickoff later this month featuring the best films and documentaries from across the globe. Signifying Jewish identity, culture history and diversity, the film festival will run from March 15-27 at the Asper Jewish Community Campus.

This year’s lineup includes works from Germany, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Mexico, France and Israel.

“Great cinema enlightens and entertains and it is inspiring to see these unique and diverse films that capture the diversity of Jewish life and the Jewish experience and are accessible to audiences of all cultural backgrounds” said Tamar Barr, Festival Director.
