The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and BDO recognized four local companies and organizations Friday night as part of the Spirit of Winnipeg Awards.
The awards were handed out at a packed gala dinner at the Fairmont Winnipeg.
The recipients were Red River College in the Not-For-Profit category, Tell Us About Us in the Small Business category, Acrylon Plastics in the Medium Business category and New Flyer in the Large Business category.
An eight-member judging panel selected 12 finalists from 49 applications.
