The Province of Manitoba committed $25,000 Sunday to “Gear Up — Tackling the Future.” The fishing program provides people with gently used fishing gear to get started with the activity.
The cheque presentation was made at the Mid-Canada Boat Show at the Winnipeg Convention Centre by Water Stewardship Minister Christine Melnick.
