A Harvard professor has created two popular flavours of food you simply inhale into your mouth as opposed to eating.
Prof. David Edwards is the brain behind Le Whif — a product created using particle engineering to reduce coffee and chocolate particles small enough to become airborne.
Two flavours currently exist in containers the size of lipstick tubes; chocolate and coffee. The particles are large enough not to pass into your lungs, but you get the same taste effect you would get if you digested either of the two.
Watch:
A 3-pack of each flavour is about $8 in Canadian funds.
But why stop at just chocolate and coffee? The company says they’re working on an inhalable three-course meal.
