School Trustees Will Get Update on Lap Dancing Teachers

April 15, 2010 4:59 PM | News

The two suspended teachers at Churchill High School, who performed a lewd lap dance in February, will be the topic of an upcoming meeting on Monday. The Winnipeg School Division said Thursday the Board of Trustees will be updated on the situation.

Teachers Chrystie Fitchner and Adeil Ahmed were suspended two months ago after video of the pair performing at a spirit week rally hit the Internet and went viral.

The teachers have only received two weeks worth of pay since being suspended.

The WSD said the in-camera meeting will be held beginning at 5 p.m.
