The 50th annual Book Market in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba begins today at St. Vital Centre.
Hundreds of titles from a wide selection of genres will be available for purchase, and is the longest running fundraiser for the foundation.
Organizers were preparing on Friday (above) for a busy weekend of bookworms making their way down to the mall. The Book Market runs until May 1 during normal mall hours.
If you have used books still in good condition, they can be considered for donation. Check the list of requirements to see if your material qualifies.
