Rogers Media Television, or more specifically Citytv, is looking to fill a content/news reporter position at the Winnipeg station.
The company put up the available position on Workopolis recently looking for qualified candidates.
By the duties listed, it appears Citytv is looking to spruce up their website and provide local news content online. It wouldn’t be surprising, as their website is currently used for more of a static information portal about the station, rather than providing news.
Also listed is the ability to make “daily appearances on Breakfast Television,” which sounds as though the candidate will be providing an overview of what’s on the website each day and directing viewers to visit the website for the complete story.
