Music and book lovers will be treated to a taste of the upcoming Harvest Sun Music Festival, as headliners Alana Levandoski and Don Amero perform today at McNally Robinson Booksellers at Grant Park.
The festival is holding its first-ever Winnipeg showcase at 10:30 a.m. to give fans a free preview of what the Kelwood, Manitoba festival has to offer.
Guests will learn about this year’s stellar lineup, plus hear about the important work behind the festival. The event raises awareness about two vital Manitoba farm organizations: Manitoba Farmers With Disabilities and the Manitoba Farm and Rural Stress Line.
The festival runs from August 13-14 and attracts hundreds to the outdoor venue near Riding Mountain National Park.
