The Winnipeg Blue Bombers added some import talent to their roster on Wednesday by signing defensive back Bernard Hicks and offensive lineman Andre Douglas.
Hicks, 23, spent four years with the California Bears making 24 starts at safety. His season was cut short in 2008 due to a injury, but he was still able to end the year with 23 tackles.
Douglas, also 23, was on the practice roster for the Dallas Cowboys before playing college ball at Temple. He started 24 games during his final two years.
