The Winnipeg Goldeyes have signed a pitcher to their roster with a little over a week to go before the season’s home opener.
Ulysses Roque, 26, arrives following spring training with Pensacola of the American Association. Roque is 5-7 in 45 career appearances with a 4.21 ERA.
With the signing of Roque, the Fish placed Casey Hodges on the Inactive List with elbow problems, putting him out for at least 30 days.
