At about 8:40 a.m. Monday, a fire broke out at the Pinawa Motor Inn.
RCMP say no injuries have been reported.
The fire is believed to have started in the lounge area of the hotel.
Pinawa is located about 120 km northeast of Winnipeg.
UPDATE: 3:15 p.m. — Damage is estimated at $1.5 million. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
