Food connoisseurs in the downtown area will be treated this summer to restaurants offering menu items at a 20% discount. Not only that, but customers will be whisked to their dining destination of choice on a Downtown Spirit shuttle bus.
The Downtown Winnipeg BIZ is launching the initiative Tuesday, June 1.
“We have so many great restaurants downtown, and we want to celebrate that,” said Stefano Grande, Downtown BIZ executive director. “We also want to show people how easy it is to hop on the free Downtown Spirit Shuttle bus if they want to try a restaurant that isn’t in the immediate vicinity of their office. It’s a really convenient way to get around downtown.”

June 22: The Ground Floor
June 29: The Current at the Forks (Patio)
July 6: Lobby on York
July 13: The Keg Steakhouse (Patio)
July 13: 4Play Sports Bar & Entertainment Zone
July 20: Earls (Patio)
July 27: Samurai Japanese Restaurant
August 3: East India Company
