A reader snapped this photo Saturday on Smith Street of mysterious white floating objects. What are those things? Really … what the heck is that?
We asked the city and they haven’t a clue. Someone did guess that a person might have put dish soap in the fountain on Broadway — but that’s not official. And doing that is obviously not recommended or condoned.
Any ideas?
