Heavy winds Thursday afternoon knocked down a Hydro wire on to a nearby tree on Iroquois Bay, causing a small fire to ignite.
It happened at about 3:30 p.m., as firefighters on scene closed the street while waiting for Hydro officials to arrive.
A parked vehicle directly under the tree was moved just in case the tree became completely engulfed. Fortunately, the fire was put out and crews restored power to the area shortly after.
