The Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg is looking to fill a gaping position in its organization, as it turns on the search for a new president and chief executive officer.
The club has posted the position on Workopolis to find a qualified candidate, who will take home a hefty annual paycheque in the area of $75K to $115K plus benefits
The clubs’ mission is to provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.
The WBGS has provided services for over 30 years to Winnipeg’s children and youth. So far this year, the agency has served over 4,000 children and youth ages 6-18.
The new president and CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the overall management and direction of the organization.
Interested applicants have until July 30 to apply. The tentative starting date of the job is January 1, 2011.
