Homemade rockets were creating quite the blast at the University of Manitoba stadium on Tuesday.

High school students from across the province are enrolled in Manitoba Space Adventure Camp this week at the U of M, and were testing out their creations.
The week-long session is being put on by the Faculty of Engineering to engage students in space-related programs. On Friday, larger versions of the rockets will be launched.
