The Royal Winnipeg Ballet plans to celebrate the life of Arnold Spohr this fall — the company’s late artistic director emeritus.
Spohr was 86 when he passed way on April 12 and served as the RWB’s artistic director from 1958 to 1988.
Spohr will be honoured Monday October 4 at the Centennial Concert Hall with a tribute performance at 7:30 p.m. A reception will be held at 6 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.
