Today is your last chance to see the WW II Lancaster Bomber at the Western Canada Aviation Museum.

The famed aircraft — only one of two still in the skies — will depart Winnipeg on Tuesday.

The public is invited to see the crew and Lancaster Bomber off as it taxis up the runway at an estimated departure time of between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Admission into the museum will be $2.00 and visitors can watch the procedures from the open hangar doors at 958 Ferry Road.

Canadian Warplane Heritage may change the departure time at the last minute depending on numerous factors.
