A 92-year-old man has drowned in Lac du Bonnet — making it the ninth drowning of the summer so far in Manitoba.
RCMP say the man was walking on a dock at about 7:30 a.m. this morning when he fell off.
Emergency personnel recovered the man’s body from the water, but efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
Foul play is not suspected and police continue to investigate.
No name has been released.
