Colourful Colombian Pavilion Packs Energizing Show

August 12, 2010 7:09 AM | Photos

Colombian people are apparently the happiest bunch on earth, and the exuberant performances put on during their Folkorama pavilion ultimately backs up that claim.

The colourful costumes and suave moves on stage make this one of the most entertaining spectacles we’ve seen so far during Week 2 of the 14-day cultural extravaganza.

Homemade chicken and bean empanadas, seasoned pork skewers and sausages are all on the menu to satisfy your appetite. And don’t forget to finish off your meal with a taste of the finest coffee in the world.

Colombian Pavilion

Playing at the Notre Dame Recreational Centre, 271 ave de la Cathedrale, with nightly shows at 6:45 p.m., 8:15 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. An early Saturday show begins at 5 p.m. Dinner reservations are not accepted at this pavilion.
