More Than Two Can Tango at the Argentina Pavilion

August 13, 2010 7:09 AM | Photos

Huge crowds have been filling the Centro Caboto Centre during Week 2 of Folklorama and it’s all been for the Argentina Pavilion. For the last three days, every show has been a complete sell out, and organizers estimate about 400 people have been waiting in line every day this week at 6 p.m.

The entertainment is the obvious highlight of this pavilion, where an action-filled performance by the Boleadors keeps the audience on their toes with the fast-moving hand motions and lively music.

Empanadas, locro (stew) and chorizo sausage are just some of the items featured on the pavilion’s menu.
