Dr. Goodbear, the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba’s mascot, will be at the Manitoba Hydro Plaza at Graham Avenue and Edmonton Street at noon handing out free early week vouchers for pre-championship days (either August 23, 24, or 25).
The seven-day tourney runs August 23 to 29 at St. Charles Country Club.
