An early morning bang rocked a Winnipeg neighbourhood when a van exploded in the 100 block of Hill Street in Norwood.
Shortly before 2 a.m., a late 1980s Chevrolet van parked on the street became engulfed in flames. Our cameraman arrived before fire crews and caught a second smaller explosion on tape (00:30).
