A two-vehicle head-on collision on Highway 15 Wednesday morning has claimed the life of a La Broquerie man.
RCMP say a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier and 2008 Honda Civic collided, killing the 35-year-old man in the Civic. The 52-year-old Winnipeg man driving the Cavalier was transported to hospital in critical condition.
The crash happened at about 9:45 a.m. 2 km west of Anola.
The highway was closed for several hours while police investigated.
The name of the victim hasn’t been released.
