RCMP are investigating after a man’s body was found lying on the side of Highway 59 Thursday morning.

Officers on scene say the body was discovered near Pritchard Farm Road at around 10:30 a.m. by a motorist.
The deceased has been identified as a 61-year-old Winnipeg man.
The cause of death has not been determined.
Investigators are not ruling out foul play, but it does not appear to be evident.
UPDATE: September 10 — RCMP confirm no foul play was involved. The man passed away of natural causes.
