Incoherent heavy metal rocker Ozzy Osbourne is coming to Winnipeg in support of his new album Scream.

Osbourne will play MTS Centre on Saturday, November 20.

Tickets for the show go on sale September 18 at Ticketmaster for $72.35 and $103.50.
