The University of Manitoba is offering an array of free activities to help get you physically fit.
On Monday, Bison Recreation Services will begin providing five days of free programming for cash-strapped students or anyone else in the community.
From September 13-17, the university will offer Zumba, yoga, boot camp, pilates, tai chi, urban poling and belly dancing at both the Fort Garry campus and the Joe Doupe Centre downtown.
