The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce wants to find out how business-friendly each of the mayoral candidates running in the civic election are when it comes to issues of importance to the local business community.
The Chamber is sending a survey to each candidate to get their opinions on current Chamber policy in the areas of taxation, economic development, spending efficiencies and infrastructure and transportation.
While the Chamber doesn’t endorse candidates, they will make the results of the questionnaire public on their website to help members of the business community make a decision when it comes time to vote on October 27.
