Kildonan Place Shopping Centre is kicking off its 30th anniversary this weekend by helping out Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg.

Today until Sunday, September 26, the mall will hold a clothing drive in support of the “Big Smiles” program. Any customer who comes in the mall and donates at least five clothing items at Guest Services will receive a free reusable tote bag, a free beverage from Second Cup, and will be entered to win a $100 KP gift card.

“We’ve been in the community for thirty years, and always love finding new and different ways to support worthwhile organizations like Big Brothers/Big Sisters,” said Corey Quintaine, Kildonan Place’s marketing director.

As part of the birthday celebrations, mall management will be on hand Saturday, September 25 at 2 p.m. to serve cake and greet customers.
