We barely just got into fall, but it’s almost time to start thinking about Christmas.
The Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade held their media launch at Assiniboine Park Thursday, where reindeer were on hand along with Santa himself.

The 101st annual parade will be Saturday, November 13 with block parties beginning at 4 p.m. and the parade getting underway at 5 p.m. Entertainment and fireworks will follow at The Forks starting at 7 p.m.
This year, organizers are presenting a 3D building projection display on the side of the Johnston Terminal at The Forks. This 3D projection will be the first in Winnipeg and is promising to be an eye-catcher.
Sixty floats and 370 volunteers have already signed up.
