Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan thrilled about 7,000 fans Sunday night at MTS Centre after a Facebook campaign brought him to the city.
Millan stayed in Winnipeg overnight and made an appearance at Pet Valu on Reenders Drive Monday morning, where he was met by hundreds of people who waited outside in the cold for a chance at receiving face time with the dog master.
