Canadian folksinger Bruce Cockburn is coming to Winnipeg this spring.
Cockburn will play the Burton Cummings Theatre on Tuesday, April 5 in support of his new album, Small Source of Comfort. The album is the first in six years for Cockburn and contains 15 tracks with instrumentals, with an acoustic feel.
New York fiddle player Jenny Scheinman will open for Cockburn and play in his band.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday through Ticketmaster and at the Winnipeg Folk Festival Music Store for $42.50 plus fee.
