Cantaloupes sold at a Winnipeg Safeway are being recalled because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) issued the warning Tuesday, saying the cantaloupes were sold unwrapped from the Canada Safeway Limited at 655 Osborne Street on December 5, 2010.
There is no lot code sticker, UPC or product name on the individual cantaloupes.
There have been no reported illnesses in relation to the product.
