The Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation will have no problem finding a use for the $4,000 in gifts donated by the Manitoba Moose Yearling Foundation on Thursday.

Members of the hockey club visited the rehabilitation centre to lift the spirits of young ones, while bringing well-deserved goodies along with them. Among the loot was an X-box 360 with Kinex, four Ezy-Rollers, two skateboard practice boards, three pairs of rollerblades, a skateboard, and a Chill-Out Chair, as well as Manitoba Moose merchandise for every child.

The Moose have been helping out the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation for the past 11 years, donating more than $75,000.

The Moose Yearling Foundation has also made a donation to the Children’s Hospital this holiday season, providing over $3,000 and close to 100 stuffed bears. The recent donation adds to the almost $41,000 the Moose have given to the hospital over the past 10 years.
