A winter skills football camp will whip kids into shape in the coming weeks, as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers present the 8th Annual Premier Football Factory Winter Skills & Development Football Camp.
Blue Bomber quarterback Buck Pierce and defensive back Jovon Johnson will act as coaches during the camps. Several other players, both current and former, will also be participating.
Designed for ages 9-18, the camp is designed to educate, train and offer one-on-one instruction which will increase knowledge and physical skills in order to become a better football player.
The camp will be split into two sessions, both taking place at the Winnipeg Soccer Federation, 211 Chancellor Matheson Road.
Schedule:
December 27, 28, 29 – aged 9-13 – runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
January 3, 4, 5 – aged 14-18 – camp runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
