The life and artwork of Vincent van Gogh will be on display as part of a new film being put on at IMAX Theatre.
“Van Gogh: Brush with Genius” will open Thursday evening with a public charity event in support of the Winnipeg Art Gallery’s educational program.
Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served at a reception at 6:30 p.m., with an informative pre-show lecture on Van Gogh from WAG Director Dr. Stephen Borys at 7 p.m. The Van Gogh screening will start at 7:20 p.m.

The film will officially open on Friday and is approximately 40 minutes in length.
