One of the most popular mobile game apps to date is making the leap from the screen to real life.
Angry Birds, the addictive top-grossing game in Apple’s App Store, will become an actual board game.
Mattel is producing the game adaptation of Rovio’s app, which it unveiled at this year’s CES in Las Vegas.
The game will include tiny plastic pieces to represent the birds and other characters users are familiar with.
According to Electricpig, the game will be in stores in May for $14.99.
This isn’t the first time Angry Birds has been seen in a different medium. Last week, the game debuted on PSP and PS3 devices.
