If getting active is a New Year’s resolution of yours but money is holding you back, there’s no excuse to get a little exercise this week.
Bison Recreation Services at the University of Manitoba is holding a Free Week from January 10 to 14, which includes access to facilities, and fitness and wellness programs.
Activities start today at 4:30 p.m. with yin yoga, followed by flow yoga at 5 p.m. At 6 p.m., a martial arts class known as Sikaran-Arnis will take place, along with kickboxing. At 6:15 p.m., a Zumba class will begin, and a session on women and weights will end things at 7 p.m.
