Winter will be celebrated on Saturday with the 4th Annual West Broadway Snoball.

Residents and organizations in the West Broadway area will converge on the newly-updated rink at the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre for ice skating, broomball and hockey activities.

Horse-drawn carriage rides will be offered, along with snow sculpting, snowshoeing and a toboggan obstacle course.

The Flaming Trolley’s Marching Band will end the day with a performance.

Lunch, free ice skates and extra winter clothes will also be provided.

The Snoball event runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 185 Young Street.
