The University of Manitoba Dental Alumni Association is calling for nominations for the 2011 Alumni of Distinction awards.
The awards are an annual acknowledgement to oral health excellence in the province.
Nominees must be a graduate of the DMD or a postgraduate program of the Faculty of Dentistry at the U of M who have served the profession or community in such a way as to have distinguished themselves, and directly or indirectly, brought distinction and honour to the Faculty.
Nominations forms are available at UManitoba.ca/dentistry. The deadline to submit a nomination is April 30, 2011.
Those unsuccessfully nominated in the previous year are still considered in the next round of selections.
