Mayor Sam Katz will deliver his annual State of the City Address at a Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce luncheon this Friday.
Katz will honour Osborne House and Ndinawe’s North End Hockey Program to receive the funds this year, continuing with the tradition of giving to local charities.
The Chamber expects a large turnout for Katz’s speech, noting its State of the City Address is the best attended event of the year.
The speech is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
