With the latest accumulation of snow last week — upwards of 15 centimetres actually — many homeowners in the city are getting a bit worried about the impact all that snow will have on their roofs.
One of our videographers put together this time lapse video of how he spent his Tuesday.

The professionals will recommend if you don’t have access to the tool shown above, and are only using a shovel, not to scrape right down to the shingles. Doing so could cause damage to the roof, leading to all sorts of problems in the spring. And remember, kids, wearing the proper footwear wouldn’t hurt either.
