A 22-year-old man is facing charges in relation to a snowmobile accident that killed another man on January 13.
Ken Stammers, 51, was struck and killed by a snowmobile while walking in a field behind his home on Redonda Street in Transcona.
Snowmobiles are banned within city limits.
The driver of the vehicle is now charged with criminal negligence causing death and operating an off-road vehicle carelessly.
His name hasn’t been released.
