Longtime CJOB broadcaster Bob Irving will fill the empty time slot left by the departing Hustler and Lawless by hosting a new sports program.
The CJOB Sports Show will air weekdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Corus Entertainment announced Friday.
“Bob is the most trusted sports reporter in Manitoba,” said Garth Buchko, General Manager of Corus Radio Winnipeg. “He is connected beyond belief and will take this show in a new and exciting direction.”
The show will air live from the UPPERDECK Sports Bar at McPhillips Station Casino — the same location H&L did their show.
