The link between oral health and overall well-being will be discussed at the U of M’s Faculty of Dentistry Research Day on Wednesday.
Dr. Taru Kinnunen, director of the Tobacco Dependence Treatment and Research Program at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, will deliver the keynote address beginning at 10 a.m. in the mezzanine area of the Brodie Centre at 727 McDermot Street.
Besides Kinnunen’s address, Research Day will include presentations from Faculty of Dentistry academics and students. Research poster presentations and an oral health technology showcase will also highlight the 2011 edition of Research Day.
