The sixth-ranked Bisons travel to Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo and say goaltending will be a crucial part of their game.

The Herd is also reflecting on their final showdown with five of their fifth-year players. Forward and captain Amy Coates, forwards Becca King and Tammy Brade, and defencemen Kacey Funk and Chelsea Braun will all depart from the Bisons following their last championship run.

The players say it hasn’t really sunk in yet that their Bison career is coming to an end, as they’re still heavily focused on the upcoming task at hand in Ontario, where they’re seeded third.
