The Irish Association of Manitoba is throwing its annual St. Patrick’s Day party on Thursday.
The full-day event will include music, dancing, and of course, drinking… lots and lots of drinking.
The mayhem will begin at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Irish Club, 654 Erin Street.
The entertainment will kick off with Comhaltas Winnipeg – Flatland Ceili Band, followed by the McConnell Schoool of Irish Dance and a full evening of music sets from Larry McLenna, Al Smith, traditional music band Rinn, and the McDonnell School of Dance. The night will wrap up with Ard Ri, Rinn, and another performance by the McConnell School of Irish Dance in a high tempo show.
Patrons are invited to wear their best green outfit.
Festivities will run until closing time.
